A Reagan Republican, Bob Dutton strongly supports the construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline because it will not only create thousands of new jobs right here at home, but help reduce America's dependence on foreign oil. Today, our country imports nearly 60% of our oil and this vulnerability results in high gasoline prices that ravage family budgets, hurt businesses and cause job losses.
